My yoga journey began in Grand Cayman, where I quickly became captivated by the gratitude it fosters, the inner calm it reveals, and the purposeful intentions it inspires. Beyond mental clarity, yoga offers the incredible gift of physical strength and resilience.
I primarily teach vinyasa flow—a dynamic practice that energizes and ignites warmth throughout the body. Vinyasa embodies the yang for me. Complementing this is my love for Yin yoga, which provides soothing calmness, deep stretches, and profound healing.
BLISS was created from a deep passion for yoga and a commitment to offer our community a peaceful sanctuary. Here, you can momentarily close off the outside world, turn your focus inward, and gift yourself dedicated time to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Beyond my passion for BLISS, I am a devoted mother to three wonderful daughters, whose presence fills my heart with endless gratitude. I am also fortunate to share my life with an incredible husband, whose steadfast support has been a cornerstone of my journey. Without their love and encouragement, BLISS would not exist. I am deeply thankful for the confidence and strength they inspire in me every day.

With yoga as a foundational part of my journey for many years, I am dedicated to sharing the profound joy it brings with everyone. My passion extends beyond the mat, embracing the important roles that nutrition and psychology play in nurturing health at every stage of life. Drawing on a professional background in education, I focus on making the practical, philosophical, and transformative aspects of these disciplines approachable and easy to understand. Continuously evolving through training, work, and personal practice, I am committed to offering a holistic perspective on health and wellbeing. My goal is to empower our community to take control of their most valuable asset: a balanced life enriched by mental, physical, and emotional wellness.

I'm Nancy. I teach Vinyasa Yoga and really enjoy being able to empower others to use the power of breath-led movement in their busy lives. I moved back to Devon in 2016 after spending the previous decade living in Germany, Spain and various places around the UK.
Returning to a more peaceful life in Devon has nourished my soul and my spare time is spent outdoors exploring the beautiful coastal paths and beaches we have on our doorstep with my dogs.
I'm so excited to be teaching at Bliss, a studio that offers a calming retreat in the heart of Honiton, and I look forward to connecting in class soon. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, I’d love to support your journey.

Teaching yoga with a deep passion for movement, I work closely with the fascial matrix and the body’s natural ability to spiral. I love to improve mobility slowly, encouraging natural growth through intuitive teaching. Each session is an exploration of movement, knowing that we are rarely the same on both sides, and no two days ever feel quite the same.
Wanting to deepen my understanding of anatomy, I studied massage therapy and found new ways to support others in pain. In 2025, I added aromatherapy into my practice, eager to safely integrate essential oils into my yoga classes. The study of essential oils fascinates me—not just their properties, but how they can truly be effective, beyond being just a pleasant scent in a massage or yoga session.

I am deeply passionate about guiding you to unlock your inner strength, achieve profound relaxation, and inspire lasting healing and positive change throughout every aspect of your life.
