Monthly Sound Baths

On the last Thursday of the month, this 60 minute session will include an immersive sound bath experience designed to guide you into deep rest and inner quiet. Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments, this session creates a vibrational space where the body can soften, the mind can settle, and the nervous system can reset. No movement is required — simply lie back, get cosy, and allow the waves of sound to wash over you. Ideal for reducing stress, improving sleep, and restoring balance on every level. Half-Term at BLISS Yoga Studio 16th - 20th February

Join us for a relaxing and playful half-term filled with family-friendly yoga and mindful moments. Enjoy Family Circles with Crystals, Animal-Themed Kids Yoga, Family Yoga, and Cake & Coffee Mornings, plus more kid-friendly fun throughout the week.

Sacred Women’s Circle

A monthly candlelit gathering for women to pause, reconnect, and unwind in a calm, supportive space. Each circle gently blends intention setting, breathwork, meditation, and meaningful connection, offering time to rest, reflect and feel held within a like-minded community.
