Sound Bath - August 21st
A welcoming break to the week with a sound bath, delivered by our wonderful instructor Kirsty.
This 90 minute session will include an immersive sound bath experience designed to guide you into deep rest and inner quiet. Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments, this session creates a vibrational space where the body can soften, the mind can settle, and the nervous system can reset. No movement is required — simply lie back, get cosy, and allow the waves of sound to wash over you. Ideal for reducing stress, improving sleep, and restoring balance on every level.

Women’s Self Defence Workshop-August 16th
A workshop with professional coach Omar Mouneimne, arming females aged 16+ with the necessary means to feel safe and protect themselves in different scenarios.
For every woman who’s ever felt unsafe, unsure, or unheard — this workshop is for you. In this 90-minute session, you’ll learn practical self-defence techniques designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and in control of your personal safety.

Yoga for Pain Workshop - August 30th
A gentle, 90-minute workshop with instructor Rosie, designed to support those living with chronic or recurring pain. Through a combination of slow, mindful movement, guided breathwork, somatic awareness and supported rest, this session will help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, kind, and empowering.
Led by a qualified yoga instructor with an understanding of pain-informed movement, this class is suitable for all bodies — including those managing tension, injury, fatigue, or long-term conditions.
